Join us for 45 minutes of Pilates-based core conditioning.

This class does more than work your abdominal muscles it strengthens your back, improves posture and pelvic floor control, supports joint health, and helps reduce stress and low mood. Through controlled, mindful movement and focused breathing, Pilates builds strength, balance, and flexibility while enhancing body awareness and confidence in how you move.

All exercises are adaptable, making the class suitable for all levels and abilities, whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice. Regular Pilates can help prevent injury, ease everyday aches, and pains, improve sleep and energy levels, and support overall wellbeing.
